2026 Neighborhood Chipping Program
As part of our ongoing fire mitigation efforts, we encourage all residents to participate in the 2026 Neighborhood Chipping Program. This is a valuable opportunity to reduce wildfire risk by properly disposing of woody debris.
Woodmen Oaks is scheduled for 2025 chipping under the Rockrimmon region. Chipping schedule dates for Rockrimmon pile pickup will be 6/22 and 9/14.
How to Register for Chipping:
Each homeowner must register every year for each chipping period in order to participate. To sign up, visit the following link and click on "2025 Registration" to choose your dates:

Important Guidelines:
Accepted Materials: Woody limbs and branches up to 9 inches in diameter
Not Accepted: Construction materials, nails, wire, grass clippings, leaves, trash, weeds, yucca, root wads, dirt, or rocks
Pile Preparation:
Piles must be stacked curbside by 8:00 a.m. on Monday of your scheduled chipping block
Limit each pile to 5’x5’x5’ (unlimited number of piles allowed)
Piles must be within 5 feet of the roadway with cut ends facing the road
Do not tie, band, or combine piles with neighbors
Chipping will take place within 1–2 weeks following your scheduled date, and all piles will be picked up by the end of the designated chipping period.

Home and Landscaping Approval Requests
Friendly Reminder, all Improvements per section 1.01(k) of the WOHOA's Covenants require prior approval from the WOHOA Board.
- Improvement. Any activity on a Lot which alters the previous exterior appearance of the Lot or any Structures located on it. Grading activity, removal of natural vegetation, construction of any Structures or landscaping plans all fall within the definition of an “Improvement.”
- Colors: Earth tones will be the principal colors required for dwellings and accessory buildings. Accent colors that are not earth tones must be limited in their application. Specific color proposals inclduing manufacturers samples and inventiory identification must be approved by the committee.
- Owner Maintenance: Each Owner shall maintain the exterior of the Dwelling, any Accessory Building and all other Structures, lawns and landscaping, walks, and driveways, in good condition and shall cause them to be repaired as the effects of the damage or deterioration become apparent. Exterior building surfaces and trim shall be refinished and maintained periodically and before surfacing becomes weather beaten or unsightly.

There are Two Options for Submitting an Improvement Request to the WOHOA Board for Approval:
- Email details of requested improvements providing as much information as you can including drawings, pictures, examples, etc. to our WOHOA Email at woodmenoaks@easyhoa.email.
- Submit a Request Form through our Website at woodmenoaks.com.
- Login to woodmenoaks.com
- Select “?Requests” from the Left Menu.
- Select the “Create New Request” Button.
- Complete all required sections uploading files if necessary.
- Select “Create” Button.
Your WOHOA Board will timely review and provide an approval or denial response as soon as a decision is made.
